I usually ship orders within 1-4 business days unless stated otherwise. Please note preorder items take longer to ship. 

CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER?
Unfortunately picking up orders is not possible

CAN I MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR PRODUCTS?
It is unfortunately not possible to reserve products outside our webshop. Sometimes there are preordering possibilities at our webshop. In that case product card has all the necessary info about the preorder.
